Forest Partnership for Action and Commitment Today Pledges for Action

Each partner will contribute to the implementation of the ForestPACT Vision and objectives by undertaking specific action on the ground.

The partners will pledge actions that are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound), appropriate to each partner's situation and capacity, and additional to the partners existing activities.

Transparency, through monitoring, evaluation, and public information, will be the foundation of ForestPACT's credibility.

JOINT PLEDGES: A Unique Feature of ForestPACT

Joint Pledges are a unique feature of this initiative, whereby different stakeholders pledge to support one another in delivering more far-reaching action for forests that none of the partners could have imagined or implemented alone.
